If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt and I will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to me. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.
In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail me within two days with the item number and nature of the damage. I can usually simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we may ask you to return it to us, and of course I would pay for the return shipping in that case.
Do you offer volume discounts?
My flat fee of just $35 maximum for ground shipping, for orders of unlimited size, is essentially a volume discount. If your orders are typically over $1,000, you are saving substantially on shipping. At the same time, smaller customers enjoy the best possible pricing with no minimum order requirements. This system has proven to be beneficial to my customers of all sizes. If you will be ordering 250 or more of a single item, I do offer a 10% discount. Your discount will be refunded to your credit when your order is processed (it will not appear on the website). Or you may call or fax in your order.
